Sean Paradine has over 32 years of experience in the reinsurance industry, including facultative and treaty.

Sean started in the insurance industry in 1991 at Johnsons and Higgins, a prominent brokerage at the time.  He then moved to Everest Re in 1994 and subsequently built a book of Treaty business in Africa and Home Foreign (US Companies with overseas exposures) taking if from $2m to $60m, all while managing the International Fac book and growing that from $2.5m to $40m.  He would then join Berkley Re in 2016 where he built a treaty book of business from $1m to $25m handling Sub-Saharan African Treaty Business as well as marketing for the Facultative book.

Sean has also spent time at Salomon Smith Barney in New York in Finance.

Sean graduated with a degree in Accounting at Saint Peter’s University, and currently lives in New Jersey, USA.
