We take all complaints seriously. If you wish to register a complaint about our service, then please contact The Complaints Department, either:

If your business is placed at Lloyd’s and you are not satisfied with the outcome you can refer matters to the Complaints Department at Lloyd’s. Details are on the Lloyd’s website www.lloyds.com. Telephone 020 7327 5693 or by email to complaints@lloyds.com.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 days.
If we are unable to settle your complaint with us, you may, if eligible, refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service either:
