Caroline has over 15 years of experience in Insurance and Reinsurance Industry.

Prior to ASR, Caroline worked for NIC General Insurance, AXA Africa Specialty Risks, and Munich Re Mauritius including spending 2 years in Germany. From her time in the Industry, Caroline has an extensive knowledge of Reinsurance Accounting, Claims and Underwriting, Caroline also has an exposure to various markets such as Africa, Middle East, Asia and Mauritius.

Born in Mauritius, Caroline holds a BSc in Financial Services and is studying towards CII.

Caroline speaks French, English and German fluently.
