Ian Shaw

Ian has over 25 years experience in the London Market holding a wide range of operations, change management, broking and consultancy roles.

Prior to joining ASR, Ian worked for WNS as Head of Underwriting Operations & Ceded Re on a fast growing, blue chip IUA client.  Earlier in his career Ian spent seven years at Talbot Underwriting Limited as Head of Underwriting Operations. Prior to that Ian worked at Aon for nine years; initially broking P&C global client programmes before moving into operations.   More recently Ian has been working for InsurTech start-ups.
