Morgane Hamilton

Morgane’s career in HR spans over a decade, most of it in Insurance.

Prior to ASR, Morgane managed the HR function at ERGO Versicherung UK, before which she was the EMEA HR Business Partner for Morningstar. A highly skilled and well-experienced HR professional, Morgane’s career in HR started at Catlin where she spent her formative years. She is an advocate for a commercial HR approach incorporating employee engagement and development.

Morgane has a BA in Cultural Studies & Linguistics from Roehampton University, an MA in European Studies from Kings College London, and a second MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster. Born in France, she is fluent in French and English, with conversational Spanish and German, and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
